As part of our community engagement our pupils enjoyed a visit to the local Food Bank to learn about the important role it plays in supporting our community. We were shown how the food bank works, explored the store areas and handed over our donations. The children saw how the kindness and generosity of others help families who are struggling and helps protect children’s rights.
We finished our trip with a well-earned ice cream at the Rock Café!
